I went into the local op-shop today (part of my never-ending search for Stephen King books), and found 18 Agatha Christie books, for 30c each. Bought them all, naturally.

Also got Dune and Dune Messiah (just because they were there), Daphne du Maurier’s Rule Britannia, Martin Cruz Smith’s Gorky Park, and a book called The Bible and Flying Saucers by Barry H. Downing.
On the way home, stopped at the post office to pick up a package that arrived this morning: a gift from my aunt.

The Hound of the Baskervilles, and The Body in the Library in French.
This copy of Danse Avec La Mere (one of my favourite books as a child) is the actual copy I owned as a kid. My aunt found it in an old chest over the holidays.
